Our hostess Ann was so kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. The location is ideal to explore Wicklow county.
The room was beautiful and big. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Also, we had a problem with the plugs (didn't bring the EU-UK adapter) and the girl at the reception was absolutely amazing about it, helped us to find where we could find one and to print out boarding passes in case we didn't manage to find the adapter.
The steam room and swimming pool are the best thing!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous hotel with a magic view. Great breakfast. We’ve really enjoyed it.
Receptionist very helpful and polite
I liked the walk around the hotel, the birds and the lake. The hotel was nice and the room clean. We ordered in. Food was good.
Gorgeous house, beautifully decorated, lovely comfortable rooms and great bathroom. Our room had a lovely view. We ate breakfast and 2 dinners in the restaurant and loved that we were seated at the same table each time in such a beautiful room. Staff were lovely and very attentive. We had our vegan daughter with us and dishes for the evening meals were adapted for her. Even the printed breakfast menu had a vegan Irish breakfast that she thoroughly enjoyed. Location was perfect as we are from Australia and were catching up with our daughter who lives in New York.
Location was amazing to kick off our 16 night island road trip... so amazing to wake up and have Glendalough to yourself to wander round before the days sightseers arrive. Great facilities... Easy parking, good breakfast, we had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant was yum.
Great stay, lovely rooms, awesome pub next door with amazing food.
Just a stunning property- magical view of mountains & lakes - ☮️ and a healing and incredibly peaceful location .
Absolutely a most wonderful experience. The pub atmosphere was warm and social - excellent beer choices. The rooms were newly renovated with the latest plumbing and tasteful decor and exceptionally clean and inviting with all the little thoughtful details which made our stay so comfortable. The food was truly superb - both dinner and breakfast meals were VERY delicious. We could have had no better introduction to beautiful Ireland than this lovely inn.
