Here are the outstanding features that made our experience truly memorable: Spectacular Pool: The pool at Cactus Hotel is nothing short of amazing. Its pristine waters and well-maintained surroundings created a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the refreshing water and the beautiful views, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. Wonderful Rooms: The rooms at Cactus Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. They were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, and we felt a true sense of comfort and luxury throughout our stay. The thoughtfully designed layout and cozy furnishings made us feel right at home. Excellent Bed: One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptionally comfortable bed. It provided us with a restful night's sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed and ready to explore the surroundings. There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge. This is a family run Hotel and management is always present also helps out cleaning even! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect. We booked a normal room for two nights. When we arrived at recepsion the nice lady (Natasha) told us they had upgraded us in a junior with infinity pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the port and once you go in you dont want to leave anymore. We cancelled all the plans and decided to stay at hotel because it gave us such a Bali vibe. You could hear the birds singing, the sea was crystal, the swimming pool marvellous. The food by chief Fredi was delicious, best salad greek we had tried. We highly recommend this hotel for some days OFF the world.

Reading some of the negative comments, I admit I was a little bit nervous but once I reached I realized one thing: everything about the Hotel is simply wonderful! Extremely clean rooms and surroundings, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, such kind and professional people doing everything to make you feel at home. Don't trust the negative comments! There is air conditioning in the room, wifi free of charge, free toiletries, literally 5 min very slow walking from the beautiful beach of Kalamaki and around 10 min walking from the main tavernas on the street, plenty of space for parking inside the hotel and outside in the street. If ever back to Zakynthos I'd definitely come back to the same place! ❤
