Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is peacefully located in a stylish chalet in Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps. Another great example of Relais&Chateau in terms of premisses. A wooden Chalet, with stunning views. I was on a 4500km drive trip across Europe with my son and stayed in about 10 four to five star hotels. Whilst post Covid, the Hospitality sector has suffered from huge drainage of staff and service quality has dropped to an all time low, Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours has an absolutely top notch service throughout all departments! They are truly guest centric and are a beacon of what true hospitality is! congrats to the Management and everyone of the team members! A special mention to Remy, who has made the impossible possible, yes this still exists and he is the role model for it!
