Our aim is to enhance the apartment you will visit, trying to make guests feel at ease without invading their privacy. Hence our choice to allow guests to access and check-in in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after the necessary cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except night. Arriving by car you can park on the street. Furthermore, the nearest motorway toll booth is 3km from the apartment, which makes it convenient for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time. If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 4 minutes walk from the apartment, while remaining in the quiet of the area, even in summer. Your Penthouse with Terrace is located on the fourth and top floor without a lift. The very bright living area is a prelude to the large terrace at your exclusive disposal. A quick access panel to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. Here you will find a very comfortable sofa and a FullHD TV with Netflix subscription. By opening the French window, the large terrace welcomes you. Tomorrow morning at breakfast you can sit at the 4-seater table here, to start the day well or perhaps work smart working, in complete privacy. From the entrance looking to your left, you will find the large kitchen equipped with a washing machine, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge and freezer, two kettles, a Lavazza coffee machine and even an electric mini barbecue grill in Terrace! A 4-seater table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are placed in the various compartments. The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms. A first master suite with Queen Size bed. Wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom with two single beds. Shelves and hangers will also be available to guests in this room. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. The upper floor receives a very ventilated climate and the rooms have two high-performance ceiling fans. One in each bedroom. Arriving in Varazze along the Aurelia from Savona, the first neighborhood you come across is that of San Nazario, from the name of the church consecrated to the two patron saints, Saints Nazario and Celsus. Church initially built in Romanesque style and in 1875 embellished with the installation of the statues of the Blessed Jacopo da Voragine and Santa Caterina da Siena, protectors of the city. Already from Punta Aspera you can have a panoramic view of the neighborhood and the entire Varazzi gulf, appreciating the suggestive and particular landscape. Kilometers of beach in a setting of rapidly rising hills to become mountains over 1000 meters high; this explains the mild and temperate climate. At the beginning of the twentieth century, Varazze was one of the few cities, besides Savona, to have manufacturing industries of a certain importance. Some of these were, and still are, located in San Nazario along the coast and beyond the Aurelia, where today the Carabinieri barracks, the route and the railway station are located. In the C. I.V.E.S. alone (Seaplane construction and school) over a thousand seaplanes were built and hundreds of pilots trained.
