The ideal place for a relaxing and regenerative holiday after a year of work and city life. 120 meters, this is the distance from the accommodation to the white sandy beach, spacious, free and quiet, bathed by a crystalline and uncontaminated sea. The 120 m2 apartment is composed by: - Large terrace equipped with everything you need: table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation area with sofa and armchairs; - Kitchen equipped with everything you need: hob, dishes, pots, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker; - Modern bathroom complete with shower. It is equipped with all comforts: - Air conditioning in every room and kitchen, washing machine, external sink, drying rack, Smart TV with Netflix included, Wi-Fi Internet with fiber optics, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, mosquito nets, umbrella, free parking Despite being in a central residential area, it enjoys a quiet location in a cul-de-sac, allowing you to relax without any outside noise.
