As someone who has been involved in the hospitality industry since leaving school it is in my nature to ensure you have a pleasant experience during your stay. I'm on call 24 hours a day to assist as and when necessary. 'The answer is yes, what is the question?'

Property information

A very modern, ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment on this stunning quiet complex. The apartment has air conditioning, a Washing machine, oven and hob and all the utensils for a self catering holiday. We provide all bedding and towels (Inc. Beach towels). Travel cot available upon request. A full t.v package is included as is free wi-fi. A welcome pack is provided for you on arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a quiet area of the old town. Approximately 1Km from Playa Chica, 500 meters to SuperDino and about the same in the opposite direction to Lidl. Bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The popular Biosphere shopping mall is very close and the bus stops for Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise are less than 300 meters away. The beautiful Harbour is around a 5 minute walk away with it's lively music bars and it's abundance of restaurants to cater for everyone in your party, Easy access to the stunning walk along the coast to Puerto Calero. The Newtown and it's vibrant strip and the sandy beach of Playa Grande around a 12-15minute walk, a taxi back up is reasonable. This location is perfect for those who seek a relaxed holiday but easy access to the bars and restaurants.
