L energia del posto,L atmosfera famigliare dell ostello,il clima fantastico...tutto è stato perfetto!!

Its very cozy, the host is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are very enjoyable and well-equiped. It really has the feeling of staying in a cozy, wooden cabin. The apartments are in a small village on top of a mountain, its very nice, and has amazing views.

Lo Youth Hostel Brienz sorge sulle rive del Lago di Brienz, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Brienz. it was clean, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, location right by the lake is beautiful, they even gave us female only room when we requested even though we booked the mixed dorm. thanks

Ostello privato più antico della Svizzera, il Balmers occupa 3 tradizionali chalet svizzeri in legno che circondano un cortile, alcune terrazze e un giardino. very informative, helpful and friendly staff. They are so kind and fun to talk with. Also, always smile and has nice attitude. I really like the atmosphere and hanging out space. It's so cozy. I felt like i'm at home.
