This is the most wonderful hostel… i haven’t stayed in a hostel for many years, and i was a bit nervous… i didn’t want a noisy party vibe but i didn’t want to spend a lot either so i took a risk. I was so happy here. The owners are so thoughtful and attentive, and the guests are tranquil and respectful. My room was extremely comfortable with multiple surfaces and storages spaces including a wardobe, and there was a balcony. The kitchen was huge and great as I love to shop locally and cook when I travel. The location is perfect because you are connected to eveything (it’s very central) but you have great local spots all around. The cafe directly downstairs a great place too- I recommend it as well. The hostel rooftop is also such a wonderful place to relax with lovely views- perfect for when you’re feeling a bit fatigued from your travels. This was such a lovely experience with not a single complaint!!

Our host Rui was kind and helpful during the entire stay. The building is beautiful and the facilities are perfect for a trip with friends. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathroom and room. All important places in Faro are reachable by foot. We are looking forward to returning to Faro and staying in Ruis accommodation!

I absolutely loved this hostel. The location was amazing and I was able to take day trips without any issues. The staff was lovely and the vibe was very nice and friendly. I will absolutely stay at this hostel again!

Love the clean, large room and the rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff and the amenities are truly amazing. There is a 'living room' where you can have your own breakfast, coffee, fruit or cookies to grab, as well as a bottle of water in your mini fridge. Very thoughtful. Thank you!

No contact service went smooth and the host was very easy to reach when needed. The room was perfect fit for short stay, clean, with AC and we even had access to a fridge in the common area
