Great location; very central in Angra, close to the beach and several restaurants. There is also a fun plaza right in front where you can grab a coffee or drink at any time of the day. Easily accessible by taxi or car from the airport (approx. 15 minute drive). The private room was comfortable, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Contrary to other reviews, the room is quite soundproofed. The café downstairs is very convenient and lively. They serve brunch on the week-ends (not included $), which was great as breakfast options are sometimes limited (especially on Sundays when everything is closed).

We had everything we need to relax and very close to everything in Angra. André is kind and helpful and gave us very precious tips about trek, food and beaches around the island. It’s a very new, clean and well equipped place. The only “hostel” part of it is shared bathroom, but there is one on each floor and I think like two apartments per floor, so I never had a problem that shower/restroom was busy. I was able to check in earlier (my room was free) and leave my baggage on the last day. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. Thank you!
