Excellent reception, clear check-in instructions, codes for Bern Ticket in the Bern Welcome app (providing free transportation in the city, thus compensating for the fact that the hostel is not exactly in the city center), close to the bus station, great staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, access to different types of games and open spaces, comfortable, sink in the room, good availability of toilets and showers, access to fully equipped kitchen and eating spaces, they kept our bags after check-out.

Huge kitchen, lots of dining space, clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staffs, nice breakfast with good coffee machine. Bus19 runs in front of the hostel frequently so you don't have problem about access. There is coop 5min walk away. There was clean sink in the room.

Breakfast was exactly what was needed for the day ahead, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, breads and cold meats. Very clean and tidy all over the hostel, in rooms, corridors and communal areas. Great location, right next to the river and 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again if visiting Bern in future.

The location is superb, the single room was clean and presentable with a nice view over the street outside. The guy that checked me in was really friendly and spoke excellent English. I'd stay there again if I ever visit Bern in less stressful circumstances!
