The property is set inside the Delta del Po Regional Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. we stayed in barricata for the second time, and it was fantastic! even though we had a corfu bungalow, which is a bit smaller (veranda) than the bellagio small, but it was great! we also did a bicycle tour with the rented bikes, that was beautiful and the restaurant marina 70 on the other side of the sacca di scardovari was very good! it takes about an hour if you cycle with children one way, but the scenery is beautiful. the pools are fantastic, the pizza at the bar very delicious, the staff friendly and the beach clean and not too crowded. the luna park was the highlight for the children and the market on thursdays is small but very nice. we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back anytime!

If you want to just relax, then it's perfect.

Residence Nova Marina is immersed in a 2000 m² garden. At 300 metres from the beach in Sottomarina, it features 3 swimming pools and free private parking.

The residence provides tennis courts, a children's playground, and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. In summer, kids' entertainment is also available. Friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the large green open space with the playground. We liked the outside pool and the kids loved the baby dance in the evenings 🙂.

All units are air conditioned and feature a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed. They open onto a patio, where guests can dine. Very good location direct at the sea, beautiful pool, many activities for kids but many to be paid extra.
