Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was very spacious, super clean and Maria the host super helpful. Room had everything, kitchen equipped with cutlery and galssware, hot plate where you could make a coffee that was supplied. Air con worked a treat. Bed was really comfy, but I'm not sold on memory foam mattresess. Had a lovely outdoor area that you could sit and loook out to the ocean, even though it was a few kilometres away. The property and grounds were meticulously maintaned. It was a 2min drive into the centre where there a heaps of restaurants, bars and the beach. Also a 30-40 min drives to Noto, Modica and Ragusa. Chicho the host (Maria's husband) told us about a little town called Scicli which is about 20mins away by car, highly recommended to visit, we thought it was nicer than Noto and Modica. Overall a great stay.

Giuseppe who participated during check in was most gentle guy I've ever met in whole Sicily 😍 even despite of the fact I speak very basic Italian, I was treated with great respect and was no issue with my communication with property. Fans in every room, as well as air conditioning, helped to comfortably spend a vacation in abnormally high temperatures. From the apartment you can see the yacht pier and the sea. Beautiful sandy beach 2 minutes walk. Near a large number of cafes and restaurants, as well as the promenade of Marina de Ragusa. Thanks to Roberto and his wife for the great welcome, help and friendliness! We will definitely come again! We will also recommend to friends and family!

Struttura ben tenuta in zona molto bella vicino a locali supermercati e spiaggia sicuramente ci ritorneremo ❤️

The 1st up is where the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are and another flight of steps up there is a spacious living room complete with everything and also the terrace with it. Very nice room indeed to relax, watch tv, kitchen with all you need. 1 minute walk and you will be in the center where you will find restaurants, bars, mini market etc etc.
