We really enjoyed our two days at this villa. Giovanni (the owner of the villa) is very hospitable and caring, he met us at the station and took us by car to the villa. The house has a beautiful view from the balconies on the lake, you can admire without leaving the house sunsets and sunrises. Everything we needed for a comfortable holiday for our family we found here. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances, gorgeous antique and stylish crockery, lots of wonderful paintings from past centuries made our holiday not only enjoyable but also aesthetically rich. In a couple of days we visited several towns of Lake Como by ferry. It was an unforgettable experience! The town centre, which we walked only 5 minutes to, offers very tasty and inexpensive food. I recommend it to everyone!

The property is accessed through a secure electric gate which makes you feel very safe. It is so well situated as there is access to a beach straight across the road and only a short walk to restaurants, ferries and train station.

Stunning views! Walkable to the town and ferry station. Spacious, quiet, picturesque. Our host, Giovanni, answered all of my (many) questions with patience and helped us to arrange a driver from Switzerland. He was welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

AMAZING VIEW!! stayed 1 night , nice and cosy mountain lake house . would go back again! stefano helped us get in to the apartment and we had easy access . we booked a taxi from bellano to the property ( only 5 minutes ) when we left we walked back down from the property to bellano threw a nice walk very near orrido di bellano . Very nice place to stay thank you!!

.All was fantastic! Very quet place where to stay. Apartment so clean and everything in house is good planned for convinient stay. City centre is close and its reachable by walk. Also arround is great hiking paths with georgeous views to mountains and lake landscape. Very helpfull host and nice welcoming.

When getting to the location, if you don’t have a car, you have to climb many stairs (5-10 minute) so you have to mentally prepare yourself for some Physical exercises (we liked it because we stayed fit while eating pizza and pasta 😂).
