Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

Situated in Ayent, in a historic building, 11 km from Sion, Mayen2003 Ayent Anzère is a guest house with a garden and barbecue facilities. This place is a gem. The building and rooms are beautiful . The kitchen is well equipped. The host is very welcoming and happy to chat about things to see / do in the area (if you speak French, otherwise you may need some help from Google translate). And the location, while far from Sion, is close to some good hiking trails along the Bisse d'Ayant or Clavau. For the price, this place is a deal.

The family-run Pension de la Poste was renovated in summer 2017 and is located in quiet surroundings in the Valais village of Zinal, 200 metres from the Sorebois Ski Lift, and offers you Swiss... I had a wonderful stay at Pension de la Poste, would highly recommend. New and very clean rooms, great location, very helpful host and good breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Individually furnished in the style of a different artist, such as Van Gogh or Picasso, all accommodation at Artist Apartments & Hotel Garni features a flat-screen cable TV and balcony. Richard the manager was very helpful and friendly. We felt at home here. A great view of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains. Great to have breakfast bread delivered to our door at 7am.
