It was really great, our room was upgraded to a suite. Also, Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy options as well. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels changed.

This property is beautiful, it has so many gorgeous details. Breakfast was exquisite. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. Location is very convenient, close to train station. Big ned and big bad for Venice standards.

Close to the parking and close to the walking "routes". A nice and a very helpful young man at the reception. A very charming and clean room with a nice terace. Great breakfast served by a service minded lady. Definitly no need to look for something else for next visit to Venice!

Can't recommend this place enough. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. Place is located in a more quiet area (avoiding the crowds) but still close to everything. Felt very safe even during the night. Room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the square. Reasonably priced and for the price I paid, the value was exceptional.

Meeldis asukoht, väga mõnus oli pärast turistidegrupi lahkumist jalutada peaaegu tühjal San Marco platsil ja ka varahommikul teha seal selfisid tõusvas päikeses koos teiste selfide tegijatega. Need vaiksed hetked seal olid mõnusad. Ka oli mõnus minna sinnasamma, oma tuppa, iga hetk, täpselt keset kõike. Meeldis suur voodi. Meeldisid kiriku- ja tornikellade helid. Meeldis melu maja ümber. Meeldis, et meid vastu võtnud inimene tundis stabiilset huvi meie kohalejõudmise pärast ja leidis meid õhtuses rahvahulgas kenasti üles.

This is a superb place to stay - so central, but feels like it's tucked away. Quite easy to find. And it meant that I could pop back during the day to recharge. The room was great and Maria had thought of everything you might need. The view, looking straight down onto a canal brimming with gondolas means that you really feel that you are right there in the thick of it. Maria was incredibly helpful and made some excellent restaurant suggestions. This was exactly what I was looking for. A little more than I would normally pay, but actually very worth it.
