We came for a race weekend at the Misano race circuit, and the location couldn’t have been better. 15-minute drive to the circuit with secure free parking available at the property. Mimmo was the nicest, most accommodating host ever. The place was clean and modern, had AC, towels, and cold water, and felt like a hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far. Given the price, 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who comes to the region. Thank you, Mimmo, for the pleasant experience.

Apart from that probably the best fitted out room we have had in 6 weeks in Italy. The host is very friendly and seeks to help in whatever way he can, though speaks limited English. Situated in a peaceful rural location with access to quiet sealed and unsealed roads to walk on. Only a short drive to many tourist hot spots. Only a small number of guests.
