The owner is very friendly and kind - we got a room upgrade & the room was spacious, clean, furbished in a modern way. Owner has provided us with information we needed to get around. There was a fridge & coffee machine, safe in the room. We could enjoy lake & mountain views from the windows and balcony. It is located in a quieter area on the lakeside, but there are restaurant areas quite nearby. Facility has quite a big parking lot. Best breakfast selection during our trip - there were meats, cheeses, jams, pastries selection, gluten free options, almond/rice milk, even a real honeycomb. Regular bicycles /ebikes are available at location, too. Overall, great stay, highly recommended!

Our flight was very delayed so she also stayed on to ensure we got to the property safely, and got us settled in quickly. Very beautiful location but if you are travelling by public transport be aware there is only one bus in the morning at 0630 from the property to the town of Gargnano and then one bus back from Gargnano at 1710 (as of June 2023).
