The property is very convenient thanks to the bus stop being 2 mins away and the bus running every 15 mins to lugano central and the station. The property was very quaint and the rooms well decorated. You have everything you need. Kristina was so warm and lovely and gave us great recommendations. Everything had a personal touch. The breakfast was really good. She even offered us croissants and tea on the day we dint take breakfast. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Great location. Our room was clean and tidy and good for a short stay. Breakfast supplied is good and all staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. You can catch a bus from the train station that stops not far from the hotel. Very convenient.

Nice calm atmosphere, great rooms, clean and fully equipped. We could prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, which had a selection of sweet and salty ingredients. We appreciated the free coffee machine and capsules. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice and unique place.

The host was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. He helped me with my laundry and even walked me to the nearest ATM. The cat was very nice and comical, he loved the water tap! The apartment was exceptionally clean and it was in a very quite location, but also was not far from the main parts of the city! Easy to get to by public transport from the train station as well. I loved it and would recommend this place to anybody!

The location was perfect, 1 minute from a bus that takes you to lugano center or ten minutes from the train station. Giuvana the host was SO nice and helpful. She explained us everything about averything. And even when we went for a day trip to Milan she gave us her umbrella just in case. I really recommend this place if you are planning to be around lugano because the price is fair, the room is big and the location is perfect.
