The place and the views are phenomenal. As the cable cars stop at 5 PM, there is only you and a few other hotel guests left. Now the mountains are yours to enjoy in its serene setting. This is especially precious for a region as popular and otherwise packed with tourists as Lauterbrunnen / Jungfraujoch. For a mountiain lodge, the accomodation is still very comfortable, clean and well equipped. This was my favorite place to stay in Switzerland.

Martina was an amazing host. I enjoyed my conversations with her. She also spoke fluent English and was very helpful with my requests. The location in Wengen is fantastic. It is just up the hill and away from the majority of the others which is a huge bonus because the views of the mountains from your patio can not be beat and are likely some of the best in town. I highly recommend this place! Pedro was also fantastic with breakfast and dinner. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I would gladly stay here again.
