The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location set amongst fields and vineyards, however, it is just minutes from the main motorway and perfect for visiting Palmanova. Plenty of parking. There is a small commune nearby, within walking distance with a 2 great pubs. One selling a choice of 60 pizzas!! And a burger bar. We had pizzas….they were amazing! The room was massive and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, you can sit inside or out. We were unlucky to be staying on a day when the in-house restaurant was closed. It was explained that they are only allowed to serve food for a certain number of days a year. Be sure to check if you are expecting to eat during your stay. It was wonderful to stay in a traditional Italian farmhouse.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was new. We appreciated the fact that the windows had screens so we could open them for fresh air without getting mosquitos or flies. They had their own restaurant and farmers' market as well.

An incredible and unreal place! We've hit a new farmhouse next to Italian vineyards! The buildings are new, the rooms are spacious, the furnishings are modern and up-to-date, everything is even crackling because everything is new! All the essentials were provided - bed linen, towels, access to a separate kitchen at all times, internet connection. Lots of personal Italian attention from the hosts. Breakfast is prepared. Convenient location, parking space available. Hosts live next door. There's even a swimming pool, it just wasn't very usable. A truly unexpected and wonderful discovery! I recommend!
