We had a nice week in a nice establishment run by very nice people who can cook local dishes as you have never tasted before! Ponti is a small Italian village with not much to see. The nearest small town is Acqui Terme, with some shops and a quite big supermarket. There is a local market on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is about 10' drive from the agriturismo. The domain of Poderi Zunino is wonderful: lots of space and places to be a bit secluded, green, plenty of things to discover. The rooms are very clean, spacious and quite cool, even though there is no air conditioning, but only a fan. The windows are equipped with insect screens (very useful!). The pool is amazing: the water is always at the right temperature, there are nice sofas and chairs to relax. As Claudia and Nicolo are ecologically-conscious people. They are presenting for breakfast all kinds of marvelous things: home-grown seasonal fruits, home made jams and fruit juice, delicious home baked pastries, local yoghurts from neighboring dairy farms, their home made salumi etc... Not the traditional 'industrial' breakfast, but far better and tastier! You can also order dinner. The same here: all home grown vegetables with meat from other local -ecological friendly- producers. Our last evening we had a delicious steak tartare, so pure and tasteful we never ate before. For the wine lovers: they also produce their own wine. Claudia is very friendly and helpful, for anything (from information on places to visit, to finding an adapter for the plugs). Nothing is too much, she is just adorable, really striving for the best experience for the guests. Definitely an agriturismo to recommend 200%!

Very nice place to stay to discover the Monferrato, the property is cosy, rooms are nice and big, bathroom with a huge shower. I liked the texure of the bedline and bedspread. The area is very quite and the breakfast is AMAZING

We have been here several times, it is a family agriturismo with 7 rooms. Very nice location on top of a hill with beautiful views of the surrounding area. All the vegetables are grown locally and the farm animals are nearby (the children enjoyed this very much). Hot cuisine at weekends is highly recommended (degustacio menu), cold dishes during the week. Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. The large outdoor pool is nice in the summer heat. We will return when we can.
