Berlokasi strategis di wilayah La Medina di Tunis, Dar el médina berlokasi 17 km dari Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, 5 menit jalan kaki dari Dar Lasram Museum, dan 500 m dari Kasbah Square. I cannot add anything more positive to say about Dar El Medina that hasn't already been said. But I think special recognition should be given to all the staff I encountered who were friendly, professional and more than willing to give that extra something. This especially applies to Nede, who first checked me in and provided the historical perspective of the building. Also, the chef, Slah, not only cooked me an excellent dinner of fish couscous but talking with him in English was both enlightening and a pleasure. Finally, I wish to give extra mention to the awesome breakfast that was provided by a smiling Safa every morning. Not only was the breakfast delicious but also extremely filling. I would surely return to Dar El Medina given a chance.

Beautiful and well maintained with traditional decor. You can feel it has a soul and looks spotless. Every corner is worth stopping and photographing. Restaurant team on the rooftop who spoke English (boy) was very welcoming and very excited to see us - this type of warm welcome we would expect from reception team. Door on rooftop restaurant was excellent, we stayed 6 hours from lunch to dinner with our friends and enjoyed view, service and food very much. Will come back and recommend.

Located near the medina, it was near the hustle and bustle of the old town. The room was spacious, bed comfy, bathroom roomy. Very friendly English speaking hosts. Even though it was Ramadan, the hotel served breakfast for tourists if asked for.

Everything was amazing. All the staff, from reception to the waiters and waitresses, were very kind and always happy to help. The spa/hamman is great to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. As for the location, Dar Dorra is in the middle of the medina, very conveniently close to the souk and the Kasba. Easy also to pick a taxi to go anywhere. I will definitely come back here.
