It is well located. 4 minutes walking distance to one of the main shopping centres and to the well known Benfica stadium. Despite being so close to these two places, it is still a peaceful place. Nice view from the windows. 3 minutes walking distance to the metro station and a perfect scheme of public transport (buses). Large and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen with a calm view. There is plenty of sunlight from both sides of the apartment which makes it more enjoyable. Beautiful Portuguese tiles covering part of the walls of the apartment, as well as beautiful works of painting.It gives an extra pleasure while you are relaxing your coffee. I would suggest Nuno to have a welcome pack of some coffee, tea and sugar for the guests at their arrival. It will be the icing on the cake.☺️ Nuno, the host, did everything to make me feel at home. Both the host and the lady who does the cleaning are very attentive. I will definitely stay again in this apartment when I visit again Lisbon and will recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect - apartament is clean, good security. Alexandra was nice and helpful and available every time we need. Lidl in the building. Public transport is close. It was very elegant and modern looking, VERY clean, easily sleeping 4 people (bedroom+extendible couch), free parking, quiet residential area, kitchen with everything you need (dishes, cooking equipement, even oven and washing machine for clothes). The owner was very kind, very quick to respond, and flexible (we needed an early check in). It is really too bad we could't stay longer, we really had everything we could need. There is also a lovely patio area with a tree and lounge chairs that we didn't get to use due to weather and short time.

The room was spacious and had a private bathroom which was great! Sónia was very accommodating and let us store our bags before and after our check-in time. The location was right by several bus stops and the train station.
