Comfortable spacious rooms with nice and modern design, great breakfast with options for kids and vegetarians. Easy access to the city center (tram stop nearby). Zakrzówek park is highly recommended. I booked 3 rooms with different numbers of beds and duration of stay, The hotel receptionist provided me with maximum support and advised the best options. Parking was available at the cite, but the number of free places was restricted.

Hotel Benefis smješten je 500 m od kraljevskog dvorca Wawel i 1 km od glavnog trga i nudi besplatni WiFi i TV ravnog ekrana. The hotel was great! Very close to the city centre and approximately 10 minutes walk to the Wawel castle. Our room was clean, beautiful and had a great view at the castle. We arrived earlier than the check in time but we left our luggages there and when the room was ready the reception send us a message. The breakfast had many options and all of them were delicious. Definitely will choose it again if i get to be in Krakow any other time.

Iako veliki hotel, ugodan je za boravak. Soba je prilično velika, ima i kuhalo za vodu s čajem i kavom. Dobar doručak. Blizu je tramvajske stanice i kongresnog centra. Centar Krakova je na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Odlična cijena za vrijeme mog boravka za takvu vrstu hotela. Imaju zgodan program kojim potiču goste da ne traže svaki dan čišćenje sobe. Navečer se na vrata objesi platnena vrećica i ujutro je u njoj čokoladica.
