Loved it!!! Beautiful and so close and convenient to the train station which is literally 1000 ft from the property. 800 ft roughly to the water taxi pick ups and drop offs.

The room I stayed in was bright and comfortable, lovely view of the canal. On a quiet street that connects the city’s best areas! Sandro was so helpful took the time to explain everything and recommended activities based on the timing and duration of my stay. Valter was so kind to even gives my friend and I a pass for the vaporetto. This is a gem in Venice.
