We came to the room in awe. This must have been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed (and we usually stay at Langham, Crown etc). Very boutique style with beautiful furnishings. We just loved it. We were able to get directly to the hotel by boat or gondola, which is all comfortable organised by the hotel. There was nothing we could fault - breakfast, service or room. Ideal place for honeymoon like we had.

It's marked as 4 stars on here, but feels very much 5 stars to me. Fantastic room, in a fantastic location. Friendly staff, great breakfast, there really is nothing to complain about. Sure, it's not the cheapest hotel, but given the quality and the location, I think it was worth every penny.

Exceptional, peaceful location within a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Venice. The room was overlooking the Lagoon and main promenade. Everything was as shown on their website and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comvined with an extensive buffet breakfast we could not have hoped for a better place to stay for 5 nights.

Ruzzini Palace Hotel is set in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, one of Venice's largest and oldest squares. This historic building has beautiful décor and is 10 minutes' walk from Rialto. The hotel is a beautiful palazzo with its own mooring place. It is on a big peaceful campo in the centre of Venice. It is a charming place.

Breakfast was just tasty and with good varieties. The location of the hotel was just near to San Marco. There is a Japanese staff at the reception who was very welcoming, smiling all the time and offering us her assistance in any case. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is on vacation in Venice.

Set in a 15th-century building behind St. Mark’s Square, the small, elegant Relais Venezia is located in one of the city's oldest and smallest streets. Everything was perfect for our stay. The managers Frederico and Leonardo were exceptional hosts. helping us with info for transport before our arrival and any other info about Venice. The breakfast was a good selection. ThOur room was very spacious, comfortable beds and great to have aircon.

Palazzo Priuli offers a quiet location and canal-view rooms, a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. The hotel is housed in a 14-century building set on the banks of 2 canals. Beautiful boutique hotel, smells great, lovely private rooms, good service, restaurant/s linked to hotel owned by the same owner....as such we could take pudding to the room with proper cutlery. very comfortable beds Good location...central for everything Porter service was great
