Very gentle, assistive and informative personnel (receptionists & cleaning professionals alike), awesome bed 🛏, absolute cleanliness, modern interior and comfortable environment, minimalist design. Good proximity to public transport, nice neighborhood. Very positive is the offering of water and coffee at the receptionist floor. Also positive is the hotel's booking confirmation platform, however it would be much more functional if it were interconnected with the booking platform.

The room was very nice and the bathroom was prestine! The staff were very helpful and available at any time. We had breakfast delivered up to our room a few times and it was great and very nice to eat in our room.

Everything we asked about places we wanted to go, we received an explanation and help at a professional level. Even at a late hour when we wanted to order a pizza in the middle of the night and we couldn't get along with the Spanish they helped us, great service. We only had breakfast, the food was buffet style, European style, it was delicious and there was always something to eat. Thanks for hosting it was really fun
