Upon our check-in manager Kristina met us at the reception, she speaks different languages, so, for us was very convenient to settle all our questions without any communication barrier. We had a very smooth and pleasant check-in. We got a room on the upper floor with a terrific view of the whole city. I admired the design of the room, it's stylish convenient, and cozy. The mattress - just true perfection! The shower gel/lotion and shampoo are very good quality! The buffet - breakfast was just for my taste, if smb likes to eat in the afternoon or in the evening there's 24 hours bar and a nice restaurant just at the territory of the hotel. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the old center, the main street, and the underground. I like running in the morning, it's comfortable that the river Rhein long walking path just 10 min from the hotel. I enjoyed a lot the atmosphere at the hotel, the staff is young and positive, I just felt great living there!

Everything was great, location perfect, pleasant staff!
