The spa and wellness area is small, but lovely. There's a steam room near the swimming pool area, and a selection of saunas etc in the textile free area. I enjoyed the mint cold water mist shower afterwards. Better than the 'Storm shower' near the swimming pool ;)
Heiden is lovely and there are several bars and restaurants to choose from if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. There is a rucksack in the bedroom if you want to go on a hike - by reception there's a table with folders of local information including suggested walks/hikes.

I was recommended this hotel by a relative who lives locally. The bedroom I stayed in was a good size, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was small but perfectly adequate. We ate at the hotel on one evening and the food was great. Great quality, very tasty and good portion sizes. The staff I encountered were all lovely and very helpful. I would happily return,
