He recommended a good restaurant 10 minutes away and was available if we had any concerns which we did not. Probably most fun during the summer season. View was spectacular. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and a very spacious room.

The view is absolutely spectacular, the pool is great, we were able to many nice pictures. Rooms are modern and cozy, we had everything we needed. You have a great opportunity to see the sunrise from the bed. The hostess was as friendly as possible and we enjoyed stay in this place.

The property was comfortable with so much attention to every detail that could add to comfort- comfortable beds, thick plush towels, assorted pillow styles,, heated towel rack. It was very quiet, & set in a beautiful garden. I am here in early spring with only a few blooming plants, but i can imagine it will be spectacular in full bloom. Isabel was so kind & went way beyond what i would expect to be sure everything was perfect for my stay- she even called a nearby restaurant to be sure they had outdoor seating & that my dog could go along. I felt like i was staying with a friend! I will definitely be back

Offering river views, Casa das Raposas is an accommodation located in Zambujal, 24 km from Portugal dos Pequenitos and 24 km from Coimbra-A Train Station. I stayed here while walking the Ruta Carmelita to Fatima. The room is really beautiful and Sergio and his family very welcoming. It is in the countryside with no shops around so I preordered a vegetarian dinner which was great and the lady of the house gave me some yummy strawberries as well. I also had a great chat with the family. The place is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking. In the morning their dog walked with me for a while which was really nice company.
