The room was clean and beutyfull and the view from the room is green and relaxing. The vilage is close to the main road and the location is perfect, just an hour from rome, if you are looking for a quite peacefull place afer landing. Leonardo welcomed us with a smile and was helpfull.

Beatiful olive groves and vineyards morning landscape followed the noiseless Umbria night... Ana payed maximum attention to us (my mom didn't feel well) despite a busy schedule running the house, caring lovely pets, helping neighbours. A wounderful family to keep in your memory. The room is spotless, spacious, convenient, and nicely isolated by individual stairs. Home-made croissants were delicious, and fresh-made olive oil tasting was a bonus.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. very friendly and accomodating hosts in a lovely quiet location. I was able to park my car and trailer (with motorcycle) on the grass at the front and being a tiny hamlet, it was secure. Livio is a motorcyclist too and is able to assist bikers if necessary. The whole house is kept very clean.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!
