The house, the room, the surroundings. Very beautiful and well-kept place. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a 15 min driving from Spoleto. The summing pool is a bit small but very nice, with a wonderful view to the hills. Danielle and his father were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this Agriturismo.

The staff is friendly and ready to help, the room was quiet, clean, and offered a great view on the countryside. The most important monuments of the town are near and, finally, the Hotel is surrounded by some interesting restaurants. The paid price is good for the value of the Hotel. It was very grand and furnished with style. The location was very convenient for accessing all major attractions and restaurants. The apartment is located in an historical building and was quiet and peaceful and delightfully cool in the heat of Summer. The kitchen had all equipment required to self cater but the restaurants in Spoleto had a delicious variety of food.

The grounds were beautiful, with a lovely, small swimming pool and a beautiful view of the countryside. The breakfast was abundant and tasty with homemade cakes. We stayed at the hotel for dinner both nights, and we strongly suggest to eat there. Finally, Vincenzo and his wife (I didn't catch her name) were very kind and always available.
