A beatifull large garden and a large and great swimmingpool. All rooms are well furnished and nicely decorated each with a private bathroom. Giacinta is a great host, very friendly and helpful. She offered a homemade welcome cake and filled the fridge for us before we arrived. This is very helpful as the nearest supermarket is 10min drive to Orte. Kitchen is very complete, everything you need is there, incl. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, etcetera. There is a nice restaurant (agriturismo) at 10min walking distance. We visited Viterbo (30-min drive) and Orvieto (45-minute drive), which are beautiful cities

11/10 Very good and comfortable appartment. Sergio and Diana are very kind and helpful. We spent 8 days here, enjoyed the pool and the calm, relaxing garden. One of the best places, where we have been Italy. We were 5 all together with 3 children. Our daughter spent a lot of time with there dog, Lola. 🙂 🐶

We planned to have stopover on our way to Sicily. Due to lots of traffic, we arrived really late. Margherita is such a nice person- she organised us a table in a restaurant and let us have dinner before actually arriving at the b&b at 11 p.m. Since we don't speak any Italian, she got help from her daughter to translate everything. The room ist nice and clean actually I think it is the only room to rent in the house. The bathroom had lots of choice for different shampoos etc. In the morning, Margherita prepared a wonderful breakfast in the shadow of the trees in the garden, overlooking the Umbrian hills- wonderful! We would definitely come back.

The place runs their own restaurant with really good food and it is not so expensive. We had really good time at the dinner.

That place is amazing! It's everything we looked for: privacy, big modern villa, spacious rooms, huge completely fenced garden that allowed our dogs to enjoy free run without any worries :) Villa owner is very nice, helpful and replied any of our questions or special asks we had. Furniture is new and very authentic, we really enjoyed the big couch int he living room with the huge tv ! Kitchen is really nice and have nice space to eat , however there's also a table outside you can enjoy. There's everything you can need in a kitchen, including a nice moca cup you can use to make yourself coffee . Dishwasher was excellent and quiet. Washing machine is located in separate service room, that also convenient. Floor is very unique , a stone like, gives you a great feel of esthetic satisfaction , together with the design of the rest of the villa. This place is absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it and waiting to come again some time !
