The only things to do in Key Largo are, Eating, drinking, go on Snorkeling or Scuba Diving tours. When we arrived our 1st stop was at the visitors center where the lady told us that there is not much to to do in Key Largo, no beach, no snorkling from the shoreline unless as she put it "if you want to see rocks and small fish". Shower hot water handle was broken and water would not turn off! We had to shut water off and call the phone number we were provided when we booked. They had Noone at the Marina to help us. They never called back when they said they would. Didn't send anyone until the next day. We had to leave after two nights and book a hotel room. We went back to the boat to get water we had left and another captain told us they sent someone out and whatever he did ended up with the boat going under the sink line!!! They placed the blame on us and refunded us zero!!! We were there to sleep for two nights only and took EXCELLENT CARE of the boat! Do yourself a favor and do not book with this boat owner!!!Schupp

The lagoon is a little murky, but loads of fish and wonderfully cool for swimming. The point is stunning to catch the sunset - well worth the few minutes walk, we enjoyed it most evenings. The room is large and clean, if we had more money we would stay much more here! We had lunch nearby at Danny’s and it was tasty and not so expensive. There is also a great liquor store nearby.
