Excellent hotel. Stayed a couple nights as a female solo traveler and I felt very safe and looked after. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice pool, very large rooms, which were quiet - I also liked the spa area.

I highly advise not bring anything valuable to Le Palace, Unfortunately I have been subject to theft. The hotel Maintenance deliberately turns off the air compressor regularly and leaves their residents soaking in their sweat. Breakfast is more like refugee food in the 19th century. Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island, living on grass, worms and sea weed , no normal human being could eat their food.SamehEgypt - 2.0Scored 2.0

Air con not working they never bothered to fixed it although we was promised 3 times. Toilet broken and shower leaking on to floor my little son had accident and got hurt we again promised another room but not fulfilled. My son was attacked by 2 bug wild dogs gladly did not get seriously hurt. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We had to check out few days early and lost our money worthAAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

A/C was not working housekeeping is making up beds without cleaning the room room service no one answer and when answer most of the item on the menue is not available even hamburger !!!! unsuitable behaviour of some single guests at the pool some of my belongings stolen at the poolside

If you want to know how it feels when you are on the northern edge point of the African continent, then visit Gammarth and Le Palace Hotel in particular! Gammarth is an excellent tourist site of Tunis city in Tunisia, very easy to access and transportation to this place is readily available throughout the city. I was in the company of my family of four and only spent USD 20 to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi. As a family, we enjoyed swimming and strolling along the beautiful beach and also visiting the beautiful sites along the Mediterranean Sea.

I really appreciate the help from the reception responsible lady - although I don’t remember her name- when she was very helpful and accepted to change our room the second day to another one with a large bed. She was smiling and accommodating which was really appreciated. The breakfast was nice and very diverse. All the staff were nice we had no issue.

The pool was big and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Part of the private beach was shared with a private beach bar so it was more of a music party mood. Food was delicious at the restaurant and buffet breakfast contained a good variety. Staff were all polite and professional. This is my 2nd stay and I will definetly go back.
