This is a lovely town with lots of little shops to potter around. The hot chocolate and cakes in Piccolo Bar amazing! People in general were very friendly. Nice restaurants and Pizzerias. Even if you are not skiing, a trip on the gondola and cable car to Rosetta Col is spectacular for the views panoramic views and the little cafe there.

We came to San Martono di Castrozza to trek in the surrounding mountains with the family and the area did not disappoint, we found hiking routes of intermediate difficulty and had a great time. The food in the area was really good too, would defineately come back

San Martino di Castrozza is a small, very pleasant mountain town. there are 2 large shops - supermarkets with food, many smaller shops with clothes, souvenirs, etc. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. A new gas station has been built. Several parking lots can be used right in the town to visit the cable cars and ski areas.

However, the Coop market is very close (2 minutes walk) and they always have everything that you need for your breakfast. The town of San Martino is really beautiful - both the picturesque houses and the mountains all around. We also had the possibility to visit the swimming pool / sauna / wellness in the nearby hotel during the whole week, which was very appreciated especially with kids.barush108Czech Republic

I was arriving by bus and they offered me to pick me up from the bus station on their car. breakfast was really good, they care about every detail. i didn’t expect this at all from a 3 star hotel. bravo! definitely recommend and want to come back again

I loved the room decore. It was unique and beutiful old style design, but felt all new and well cared for. The kitchen was really well aquipt with all you can think of. And the best part for the summer vacation was the amazing large balkony.
