Everything worked and there was fresh coffee to be had, along with biscuits. The bathroom was very comfortable with a luxury shower. Host was very accommodating but efficient.

The host had a welcome gift of pastries and even left chocolate on our beds. What a kind gesture. Lovely lady!

Acquapendente is a gorgeous place to visit. I actually willl be living there as we bought a place...so I am partial, I suppose, but truly it is a fascinating area...the whole area around Acquapendente is extraordinary...the Lake Bolsena...is absolutely beautiful....if you take the drive to Orvieto ( only 25-30 minutes) you will wind up the cliffs above the lake aas you drive and looking down at the lake and the small communities set into the shores of Lake Bolsena...is MAGICAL! Highly recommend the whole famous Etruscan area.Red (Ciel)Italy

It is ideal location in Acquapendente 25 meters off the Via. We had a wonderful evening and morning in town before leaving again on the Via. We both commented we would have like to stay longer to enjoy this fantastic apartment as well as Acquapendente. The owner arranged an early dinner for us at a fantastic restaurant because we had to wake up so early to be off again the next day.

Elise is such a nice host that helped us make the most of our stay. The center of Acquapendente is a ~15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive away) and the location is great for reaching various sights in the area. The Casale le Crete site itself is also very nice for just hanging out by the pool or the terrace.

I was given a generous sized room which was perfectly comfortable. The host provides a hearty tasty supper if you go for half-board. The swimming pool was not open when I was there in early May. It's only a miles' walk into Acquapendente which is a sweet little town.
