Location was perfect as we were attending a family function in Swords. First impression from my wife was would you come back and the answer was definitely yes. The staff were fantastic and very polite and attentive. The food we had in the bar was excellent and the breakfast the following morning was delicious.

Really nice, clean hotel in beautiful Malahide. Great breakfast, good hotel bars, helpful staff, few little extra touches like chocolates and water in the room. Spotless rooms with comfortable beds. Decent swimming pool. Conveniently located fairly close to Dublin airport. Dart station for quick access to the city.

Despite being located in a potentially noisy area (above a busy bar) the room was very quiet and was equipped with air conditioning meaning the window could be closed to block out any noise from outside. The room decoration was very nice, bed was comfy and bathroom with walk in shower was clean and looked brand new. Breakfast was very good value for money (not included) and delicious!
Checking it at the bar was a little less welcoming compared to a traditional hotel style check in experience and I would imagine if arriving when the bar is busy could add additional delay. Once we were seen to staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Parking availability was a concern initially when arriving as there is no onsite parking except for about 5-6 spaces, which we were told could not be reserved. Luckily we were able to make a space in the area outside (not in parking bay) and were provided a pass to display on the windscreen so no charge, which was great, however if driving would recommend researching for alternative parking and be prepared to walk to/from accommodation in case it's full. To be fair this limited parking was explained at the time of booking but naively we thought it wouldn't be a problem and arrived unprepared!
Despite these very minor negative comments would highly recommend both the accommodation and the breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved the people and the room was perfect for my needs. It was cute and cozy and affordable. I ended up staying alone and I felt really safe.
Carefully restored to retain the character of the original Roganstown House, this is a magnificent Georgian house on the 300-acre Roganstown Estate. It boasts an AA Rosette award-winning restaurant.

We left at 4 am so couldnt have breakfast.. dinner was lovely ...staff we all friends and helpful..nothing too much bother especially Gemma and Emer..
In a country setting the Evergreen Bed & Breakfast is just a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport. Each large room has a private patio door entrance and free Wi-Fi.
We found Hillview House without any bother. The only thing I would say , is, that the roads are narrow and very mucky at the time we were there. I believe it’s potatoe digging time so that would explain it. I thought Donegal was the only place with narrow roads🤓.

Handy and picturesque place to stay to see County Dublin's attractions (castles, seaside, etc.) as well as day trips to the city...
Probably best to have a car, as taking public transportation might make things difficult.
We chose to the stay here the night before we were leaving Ireland because of its closeness to the airport. It was a 15 minute drive to dublin airport. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms were nice and there was a lovely bar where you could sit in the evening. There was also a nice outdoor space to sit. There was complimentary tea and coffee with real milk and a couple of biscuits in the room. The proprietor was very nice and accommodating and provided us with ice from her own freezer when asked.
We had a very warm welcome upon arrival and were told if there was anything we needed to just ask. We booked dinner and the meal was very tasty with a large child portion. The outdoor area was nice for children to use as well so we weren't stuck in the room. The room itself was spacious and the cot worked well. We left quite early in the morning and the staff were friendly and helpful at check out too. We picked this hotel for its outdoor space and proximity to the airport and weren't disappointed.
This is a cross between a traditional B&B and a boutique hotel. This rambling set of buildings is located in a really quiet and picturesque area with some lovely beaches a short drive away. We were recommended to visit Red Island, Skerries and Mulahide Harbour, both were excellent. Our room was really comfortable and a hearty breakfast the next morning set us up for the day. Our host, John, could not have been more welcoming.
Quiet B&b in the country but close proximity to Skerries Harbor for beautiful views to watch the sunset and multiple restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was very good and hosts were very accommodating. Ample parking for your car. Room was new and extremely clean and comfortable. Great place to start your journey in Ireland or to end it on a fine note with a relaxing property and spend an evening at the harbor.
Friendly hosts. Comfortable and clean room with a great bed. Good breakfast.
Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights of you need to be in the Dublin area. Compared to the other expense hotels and guesthouses in the Dublin area the Hillview House provides more value for the money.
Spacious two rooms with 3 beds, ideal for a family. Very clean. We left early in the morning so we asked and received small breakfast to go. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently located relatively to the Dublin Airport.
Great, great place to stay. The staff/owners are awesome. This is the second time we stayed. Love it. Will highly recommend. We will without a doubt, stay everytime we go to Ireland!
Beds were clean and cozy.
We picked the hotel because we wanted to spend the night before our early flight close to the airport and that I have to say, was very convenient.
Nice hotel, room and facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also less than 15 minutes away from the Airport which was convenient for us.
The hotel is beautiful and a perfect distance from the airport. I plan on staying here every year with my family.
The staff were wonderful and very engaging.
This property is very quiet and has the rooms are nicer than some 4 star hotels, very spacious, very clean & great value for money. Will definitely retuen
