Excellent location shame they charge another £16 per night for parking. Room was a little small and cold as air unit not heating up only blowing cold air. Breakfast was fine but struggled to get a seat as so busy. Queued for everything.

Such a lovely little town on the quay.
Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.MargaretUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Very niche but enjoyable.
Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Just a short walk along the cycle path to Topsham, and 90 minutes on foot to Exmouth and only 10 minutes walk from a really nice pub with a good restaurant. Nice freshly cooked breakfasts, and the porridge was great. Good to have a guests sitting room we could sit in with our friends staying in the room next door, and space each in the garden outside as well.

Hotel was in a great location for us as we stopped there on our way to Devon Cliffs for the night and visited Topsham from there. We had a lovely Sunday roast for our evening meal followed by a few drinks in the bar. Very accommodating to my wife and I and our 16 year old son. Will definitely be going again as it was great value for money.
