The hotel is consistently good in every way. We often stay when we have to go to London as the train from Farnborough Main to Waterloo is 40 mins and runs every half an hour, so much easier than driving in or anywhere near it!! (London..)

We were only staying overnight en route to another destination so didn't spend any time in the town itself, but the parking was poor and it was very noisy after the pubs turned out. 1 am and a very noisy crowd singing and shouting outside. But it's an army town, not a holiday destination.

The with WiFi was super and a nice bonus was the netflix access! Even though the location was situated next to a small roundabout it was surprisingly quiet. Aldershot Town and shops a short distance away. Basingstoke Canal and Fields, MoD (Military) exercise grounds (controlled access) are great for runners where distance is no object. Host (Laura) was excellent and ensured a very smooth transition and wonderful stay.StephenUnited Kingdom

Check in abd check out was easy. Communication wad quick, easy and helpful. We both found the bed comfortable as we pushed the two singles together. Was enough cutlery and crockery, Was nice that there was a few tea bags, sugar and little milks available when we arrived, Was a nice gesture.

The room was clean and tidy and a good size with 2 ddouble beds. Then we were invited or use the bar for the evening and shown to the rustic style tavern inside the hotel.
