Lovely and well equipped hotel with AMAZING staff. The lady at the desk was incredibly kind and helpful with information about buses and even put my soaking wet clothes in the dryer at no cost and delivered them to my room when they were done. Brilliant service, absolutely recommend.

Port de Sóller is a small picturesque village in a large horseshow bay with scenic surroundings. At the end of the beach is the harbour where the daily ferry from Palma comes in. At the other end is a nice walk up to the lighthouse, which is on top of the hill. Great views over the Tramuntana mountains. Along the Promenade plenty of Cafes and souvenir shops.
The historic vintage tram carriages dated back to the 1920’s are providing a fantastic tour between Soller and Port de Soller. This opportunity is taken up by hundreds of tourists daily. The tram runs along the promenade and every carriages brings in so many people into this small village. Long ques of tourists along the promenade to wait for the return carriage. It is a bit mental to see the crowds of day trippers. All the Cafes and Restaurants are crowded at day time, than after 7pm when all the tourists left by the last tram, the village gets quite. Cafes are closing than and you feel like you have the village to yourself.

Lovely to walk along the sea front to the cafes, bar and restaurants . The walk to the left hand light house offers great views over Port ade Soller. Everything you need is walking distance buses the tram supermarkets. I went out of season which I prefer as not so busy and weather still nice. Buses are very punctual and will take you to beautiful places like my favourite Soller, Deia and Valldemossa…. A gem of a place … a must to visit.

The perfect location!
The perfect location! Literally a few steps away from the beach, boat trips and the very beautiful old wooden tram stop. The tram leaves P.Soller at 8:30am and then every hour until early evening. We went to Soller on the tram for €8 each and then walked back to P.Soller but the tram goes as far as Palma for €32 return (it takes about 1 hr).
We visited in early November so many of the bars, hotels and restaurants had already closed for the season but we still had plenty of choice and the place was very tranquil.
We hired a car from Palma airport and have driven around Mallorca which has been simple and fabulous. Whilst staying in P.Soller, we also visited Deia, Valdermossa and Fornalutx - all well worth a visit

A lovely little beach resort.
A lovely little beach resort. Gorgeous views and a great beach for kids. The tram to Soller was great fun. It was very quiet as we visited at the start of November so it would be nice to go back when more is open.

It wasn’t peak season and the town felt pleasantly busy and not crowded. We always felt safe and people were friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place - we loved the beaches and mountains. We did a lot of cycling and hiking and it’s a wonderful base for both of these. There’s a great range of shops, cafes and restaurants too. Public transport is really efficient and easy to use. And the weather was amazing!
The Jumeirah Port Soller is situated at a spectacular location with breathtaking views from most of the rooms and especially the infinity pool really deserves its name.
A truly extraordinary place of hospitality where its staff excels in every aspect. A minor reason for complaint was dealt with in the most professional manner, just like you would expect it from a true five star resort.
Comfy beds, spacious rooms, a very well equipped gym, fast wifi, the list goes on and on.
This is probably one of the best hotels on the island.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Let us borrow some dishes, as in the room there were only glasses.
Hotel is in a quiet part of Port de Soller, but only 5 min walk to the beach and cafes.
Room was clean, had 2 WC and a shower. Big advantage for a family of 4.
Nice breakfast with freshly baked bread and cruasaint in a shade of bougainvillea.
We were lucky that guests were quiet, only 2 doggies barking sometimes (hotel allows to stay with pets), but it was not a problem for us 🙂
- Excellent location right next to the beach, many restaurants and small grocery shops/bakery in walking distance
- Apartment well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, etc.)
- Apartment was cleaned every 3 days or so, which was highly appreciated with kids that go to the beach every day
- Very nice staff (reception, cleaning personnel)
Bottom line: we can highly recommend the apartment for family holidays and would certainly book it again - thanks a lot!
10/10 hotel!
The whole site was fantastic, we loved our stay here.
The location is perfect, as a short walk to the beach, whilst the pool facilities were great if we wanted to have a day of chilling out.
Our room had a wonderful terrace where we were able to sit and have a drink before going out for our evening, so this was a real bonus.
The buffet breakfast was unbelievable, so many options. Probably the best we've had in Mallorca.
A friendly atmosphere with overall very friendly staff. I enjoyed the size of the hotel. Great garden, overall well maintained, with different beautiful plants. The plants\trees also keep the pool area a bit cool and provide shade. The pool was clean and big enough for a refreshing swim. About 5 minutes to the next supermarket and max 10 to reach the beach\sea. Clean room, comfortable mattress. The breakfast variety was good enough.
This hotel is located perfectly. Right at the beach and in the nicer area of Port de Soller.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ve been greeted and welcomed ao warm and heartily. That was really nice. The breakfast has healthy options and good bread. It is a small hotel and not one of those mass things, we really liked that. Very intimate and cozy atmosphere. The beds are very comfy and everything was very clean.
Well this Hotel lives up to its name and it was Esplendido! !!!
The breakfast was amazing . could not believe the selection on offer.
The staff were brilliant, the owners should be very proud of the way everyone represented the hotel.
The grounds at the b back of the hotel with the swimming pools (two pools) were a surprise, great views from the terraces.
Lots of places to sit and relax.
The room was big, I'm a solo traveller but given a room for 3 people and the little balcony was a nice addition. The free safe in the room was much appreciated. The best part of the room was the shower, very powerful. The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful and the location is great to see across the whole of Port de Soller. Staff were friendly.
The staff was very friendly and always there in case we needed something. The room and the toilet were unpolluted the same as all rhe building. The breackfast was amazing, the best was the fresh fruit. And the views were so beautiful, we cpuld see all Port de soller from there. We will be back for sure. See yoi soon beatuful people! Thank you!
Fantastic location in the beautiful Port de Soller. The flat is literally meters away from everything, sandy beach, restaurants, bars, markets and even a bakery for your breakfasts on the terrace, sighting the sea.
All the equipment needed is available in the flat so you can plan a longer stay and enjoy the beautiful sun of Mallorca.
service was perfect; such nice staff. ways of the rooms are very spacious for the price. each night they bring treats and replenish the minibar with water and beer and cola — and it’s all free. the views from each room are incredible, the beds are comfortable, the pool, all of it. one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed.
The rooms were amazing. Large with great air conditioning.
The hotel was right along the beach and a 100m walk from everything.
Hotel was beautiful. Wonderful flower covered patio, creative interior decorating and super helpful friendly staff.
Definitely going to stay here again.
Amazing staff and this lovely hotel. As a solo traveler I felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Everyone who worked the desk was very friendly and professional especially the woman who check me in :) Breakfast was very good and the location cannot be beat. Five stars
The hotel was so comfortable, so many nice amenities like the sauna and pool, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really needed a place to rest and rejuvenate and this place was perfection.
Great location beside the beach, friendly reception staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, good sunbathing area behind hotel and seating area facing the beach at the front.
The Breakfast was great, nice selection, spacious place, good quality food.
The location of the hotel is very nice, a bit more silent, which can be great in Mallorca.
