The beakfrast buffé was good bur it was much better before. We were there 1st time June 2021 and there were more variation and lactose products. The omelette then was different then (in cubes) and smelt in your mouth. We have been this year again twice (at Christmas and Easter) and the quality of the brakfast was not close to the one the first time w we were there.

The stay in at NH of Alcorcón, was very comfortable and pleasant at a fair rate price. Mostly for business travel, but with a location nearby to a great shopping center areas, and close to entertainment places. Despite been a little outside from city center, it's a good alternative for a quality rate between price and service. Very nice!

Convenient location for me. Clean room and.comfy bed. All staff very helpful and friendly. No wardrobe or even a drawer in room so all clothes, underwear and other personal items left out on display. Breakfast could.be better. Some chorizo and jamón, olives, eggs, some sliced up fruit such as melons, and flavoured yogurts would be welcome additions. Hotel is very recent so everything still feels like its new. The breakfast was good, nothing too major but good options for this type of Hotel. The free Coffee & Hot beverages machine in the lobby is definitely a plus! I would recommend for a short stay for business or even for leisure if you don't mind being a bit far from the city center; there's a subway station a 5 min walk away!

Terrific location for food and shopping and getting a PCR test done at nearby hospital within walking distance. No need for a car unless you want to travel further afield. Approximately 30 mins to the airport in Madrid. We didn’t speak Spanish but the hotel staff were more than confident in their English.
