Didn't have breakfast because it was complimentary
Moncton is always welcoming. Its clean and you can feel a great energy there. Everyone seems friendly and we love visiting. Typically we onky go for day trips but staying overnight is a special treat. Love the area! It's so easy to navigate and great shopping!
We also enjoy eating there when we go. We like to try different places each time but sports rock is on3 of our favorite pubs!

Customer service sucked and the lack of being able to take cash or visa debit cards for payment and or cash, I'd never recommend anyone to make arrangements to stay at the Motel 6 on West Main Street in Moncton

We did not visit very much as we spent some time visiting family.
We ate at the Keg, beautiful restaurant, very good food and service.
Except for where there was road construction, Moncton is fairly easy to get around.

The variety of shopping options was great and mostly the people were friendly ..... however, as a mixed race couple, we did experience a few openly hostile, racist encounters which we found surprising in a so-called 1st world country ..... with the exception of Charlottetown PEI (where it was the same) cannot recall that we encountered similar to this level in Halifax, Fredericton, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Kelowna or Vancouver where we visited recently .....

Location of this hotel was very good.
Location of this hotel was very good. Casino, theme park and zoo all very close. Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy access to the highway.
Disappointed with the lack of noise cancelling insulation in the room.
Not a lot of sleep, as a result.

The Château Moncton was the best hotel we stayed during our month long trip through the Maritimes. It was clean and and appeared to have many upgrades in the bathroom and the bedroom area. It offered a great value for what we paid.
We had a family gathering in Moncton for a celebration of life and several families stayed there. It was great. The hotel allowed us to use a large common room for a private gathering one evening where we ordered in food and socialized. The staff at the hotel had incredible patience as the little ones played hide and seek. The pool and hot tub were wonderful too. People in Moncton are very hospitable and kind.
The beds were very comfortable. Pet friendly and had a Keurig in the room. We travelled across Canada and this was one of 2 hotels/motels in 2 weeks that had coffee. We stayed here 4 nights. House keeping came whenever we asked. Clean towels daily. Wish we were there when the pool opened up but it was too early in the season. Maybe next time.
Very clean and confortable rooms. Our room had a king size bed with fridge, microwave and parking in front of our room and the view of the river. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We had a free upgrade for just asking! There is a nice park beside the hotel with a boardwalk and the trail along the river. Best deal in moncton.
It is my favourite hotel to stay at in New Brunswick by far, the facilities are top tier, very clean and unique, I have stayed here multiple times and have had a fabulous experience every single time. Our room was gorgeous, it had a balcony and a beautiful view of the city, it is close to various amenities like pumphouse brewing!
Spacious room, comfortable king bed. They seem to have renovated the flooring and the bathtub. They confirmed a breakfast is included in the price. Basic continental with delicious pastries, but no hard boiled eggs nor cheese slices. Excellent location - just off historic Main St in downtown Moncton.
The location was great as it is at the downtown area. The food was also good with lots of options. Would be ideal for longer stay. The parking is okay, high ceiling and can park truck easily. The room is good for a family of 4. with own sink and living room. With a nice closet. very clean space
The room was incredibly spacious and modern, with unique fixtures that made it stand out from other hotels. There was a large seating area, king sized bed, and luxurious shower with very nice complimentary toiletries. The coffee bar in the lobby was also a nice bonus.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and they are doing a good job with what they are given to work with. The hotel is affordable and also in close proximity to major routes in Moncton. The parking lot was large and we did not have difficulty finding a parking space.
We stayed one night at the hotel before flying out from the Moncton airport. I liked the close proximity to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in the room. Overall the hotel was fine.
No shuttle available at the time…
I had to ask for a rebate for the taxis and they had not offered…they did give me one, only after I asked…
Since I wanted to be at the airport early in the morning, I reserved your hotel…
Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is convenient near the Trans-Canada. Staff are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The room amenities are fantastic. Linens in bed are phenomenally soft.
Easy access for parking, good location, friendly check-in, and very clean hotel. Good fitness area and average breakfast. I liked the layout of the room with the bench, hangers, and a good work area.
We never stayed .No keys exchanged hands they just said that they would leave the doors opened .We went for supper and never went back.We got another hotel room in Moncton. No T
