It is near of the train station ( so you can arrive and go to the moldin airport without issues, and other places of course), also there is a small shopping really close with a carrefur there( a super market, where do grocery). Is like 30 walking to the old town, the river and if you walk more the palace of culture is there too.. Overall a good place to stay if you do not mind share bathrooms and the kitchen. To find the place is a lite tricky, because is almost in the middle of the street and the entrance is a few meter inside of it, but just look for a big black gate..
