The property has an outdoor dining area. Everything was just perfect: amazing hosts, very helpful, beautiful room, everything super clean and new. I could not recommend it enough. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and bathrobes, all units at the bed and breakfast have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and certain rooms have a seating area. The units have a safety deposit box. A great place, that made the days at Elba perfect. Staying at a vineyard in Italy is a dream (even for me who doesn't drink). It was a quiet and nice place. The staff helped us much more than they had to. Because of a misunderstanding, we didn't get our car with us on the ferry to the island. The owners brought us, and drove us back to the centre the day after (to pick up our car). It had a nice swimming pool with sun beds. The breakfast was a perfect start of the day. They make their own wine and olive oil.

They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make our stay a nice one.

Andrea and Sabrina the husband and wife team who run this B&B are just the kindest people - we actually made a very embarrassing booking mistake with our reservation and they were so kind about it. The accommodations are very comfortable very good AC and very good breakfast!! We would recommend within walking distance Le Viste beach and the restaurant there and also Pepenero. Both restaurants were recommended by Andrea and we confirm he has great taste.

Carlotta is wonderfully responsive, answering all of the transportation questions I had prior to the trip ever so promptly and helpfully. Breakfast will give you a good start to the day with fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, hard boiled eggs and various packaged pastries. We were in town for the Elba Marathon and the location was a 3 min walk from the start-perfecto!
