The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Luxury Villa Orh Rovinj อยู่ในใจกลางโรวีน ห่างจากหาด Baluota Beach 100 ม. และห่างจากหาด Mulini Beach 1.8 กม. perfekt location, clean, all rom different with personal touch, small boutique Style. The hosts were very helpfull and friendly. we will be back! They also make the best gin & tonic.

The room was very clean and modern. Excellent communication from Kristina. The building is close to the center. Parking is a bit difficult at the location but it is to be expected in a city center, we have managed to find a free of charge spot every day.

BOUTIQUE ROOMS Mare Fabulas มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในโรวีน ห่างจากหาด Porton Biondi Beach 2.5 กม. และ ห่างจากหาด Sand Beach Biondi 2.8 กม. the rooms are new and clean and with a nice decor. but the owners are amazing! super helpful! such nice people!
