Yolandi and Jacques went above and beyond to provide a perfect stay in their charming B&B. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed & excellent facilities. Everywhere was spotless with the room being cleaned and tea/coffee/etc replaced each day. There were lots of added touches with little extras at the start and end of the stay and the hosts were even kind enough to leave a birthday card & present when they realised it was my birthday! The breakfast choice was wonderful, with everything cooked freshly and served quickly.

Pancakes with fresh berries and a traditional full English breakfast are features of the options served in the spacious dining room, which benefits from individual tables.

Theatres, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the B&B, as well as the award-winning Manx Museum. The ancient monument of Balladoole is only a 20-minute drive away. A recently renovated property, Carrick Rooms is set in Port St Mary near Chapel Bay Beach, Brewery Beach and Port Erin Railway Museum. The property features sea views and is 2.3 km from Port Erin Beach and 7 km from Castle Rushen. Peel Cathedral is 22 km from the bed and breakfast and Manx Museum is 27 km away.

Featuring a private bathroom, units at the bed and breakfast also provide guests with free WiFi. The Carrick Rooms are a real gem, and we will most definitely be retuning soon. This place is the most airy, spacious, immaculately clean and modern accommodation that we have ever stayed at on the island. The hosts could not be more accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect in every way. A delicious continental breakfast is served in Roots cafe below each morning. The breads, pastries and cheeses are all local produce and the coffee is fantastic too, Thank you for making our stay the BEST that we have ever had on the island, you guys are simply fantastic!
