What a great location in Viseu at the end of a road next to some lovely woods and yet it was only a short walk to a large park and then on to the center of town. Our place was very spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area. We were so impressed with Carolina and her staff who made us feel so at home there. Because she is a wonderful cook, breakfast was excellent and so were dinners both in the restaurant and on the patio. It was fun to stay in a beautiful historical place and learn the family history. We admire her innovative ability to ensure the property is successful.

The parking inside the building it's amazing. They have contacted me before our stay, and the person behind the screen was very correct and charm. Really nice hotel in a great location, close to everything! The room was upstairs and overlooked the street, with a charming little balcony and a super comfortable bed. I wish I could have stayed longer. The owner also runs a restaurant right next door and that was probably the best meal I had in Portugal. Delicious tapas, definitely worth it to eat there if you can. I would eat there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.
