The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three adults. The windows/shutters were gorgeous! The manager/staff were polite and helpful. We traveled in January, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor amenities, but would love to return in the future.

we arrived about 30 minutes early and was welcomed by the owner who was absolutely fantastic. He had a good command of English and made us feel very welcome indeed. there was free fruit and coffee should you wish to have it. The whole place was spotless and we had a good nights sleep in the quiet surroundings. There was a wonderful pool but we didn’t use it due to other commitments. The breakfast the following day was probably the best we have seen on this journey so far and was a picture to behold. The quality was great and of excellent quality. I can only say the whole experience was first class and would fully recommend it my fellow British travellers.

As soon as we arrived we were all made extremely welcome by Rosa in house keeping, and we had also been in touch with Edgar prior to our arrival to organise parking for 6 motor bikes!!!... We couldn't have asked for my delightful hosts. The rooms situated around a court yard, and a room on the first floor were comfortable and with all amenities.Edgar provided refreshments, and advised us of restaurants and local bars close by...He was always at the end of a phone, and could not have been more helpful or hands on.A big Thank You, and we will be back to visit again.Paul & Carolyn.

We loved staying here. Rui is a most engaging and charming host. He even made a dinner reservation for us and told the restaurant what we wanted to eat. The house is delightful, full of interesting works of art and objects. It even has a small pool. So much nicer staying here than in a modern hotel box-like bedroom

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience! We were treated impeccably, with a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and a variety beautifully presented and intuition about scrambled eggs for the English guest! The room was spacious, shower superb and welcome drinks in the mini-fridge,v welcome. The house itself is grand with interesting artwork. A large roof top terrace completes the experience.
