The property was beautiful with a great view from our room window and our terrace The terrace is covered so even when it was raining we could sit outside and enjoy the view. The check in was easy and Paolo gave us a warm welcome and offered us a room upgrade for the same price. He made it very clear that he was there for us if we needed anything. Each morning Alessandra prepared a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our conversations with both Paolo and Alessandra. The bus was easy to get both to and from the city center. We only used it for the returns from the center. The walk down was very nice if you like to walk. The ferry to Trieste was easy to use. There is an information center in Muggia that was very helpful and supplied us with plenty of information. On our last day Paolo gifted us with a bottle of their olive oil to take home to remember our stay. We will definetly return if we are visiting that area again.
